In celebration of the hotel’s 35th anniversary this year, Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is delighted to partner with the French luxury beauty brand Sisley for the first-ever collaboration in launching the luxurious “Celebration of Timeless Beauty” Afternoon Tea at Tiffin.
Inspired by Sisley ‘s SISLEŸA collection expertising in anti-aging skincare and brand’s iconic anti-aging ingredients, such as gingko and lavender, Executive Chef, Nikolaos Lekkas and Executive Sous Chef – Pastry, Thomas Cabrit have meticulously curated a tempting medley of tantalising savory and sweet treats.
Each guest will receive a complimentary SISLEŸA L’Intégral Anti-aging Discovery Kit (valued at HK$1,155). Available from 1 October to 30 November.

Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is proud to collaborate with local charity Zero Foodprint Asia to help regional farmers shift to more climate friendly practices. An additional 1% of all bills at ten of the hotel’s restaurants and bars – Grissini, The Grill, Waterfall Bar, One Harbour Road, Kaetsu, Teppanroom, Grand Hyatt Steakhouse, Grand Café, Tiffin and Champagne Bar – will go to support farmers’ efforts to sequester carbon through regenerative agriculture, as we eat our way out of the climate crisis.
