Executive Chinese Chef Chan Hon-cheong has curated three all-new distinctive mini mooncake flavours for this year’s One Harbour Road Collection Box, including Red bean paste with 25 years dried mandarin peel, Egg custard with jasmine pearls tea and White lotus paste with fermented bean curd and salted egg yolks.

Red bean paste with 25 years dried mandarin peel: Taking the 25 years dried mandarin peel as one of the highlighted ingredients which darkens with age and offers a sharper citrus aroma, Chef Cheong skillfully blends the natural fragrance of dried mandarin peels with the red bean paste for a harmonious combination of flavours.

Egg custard with jasmine pearls tea: Tealeaf flavours have always been beloved by Hongkongers, and this year’s One Harbour Road Collection showcases the delicate flavour of Jasmine Pearls Tea. Chef Cheong has created a mini cake with an appealing light green colour, blending the fragrant Jasmine Pearls Tea with a smooth and silky egg custard for a well-balanced taste. Each bite of this delightful creation brings a true indulgence of festive flavours.

White lotus paste, fermented bean curd and salted egg yolks: Another brand-new innovative flavour highlights the fermented bean curd, drawing inspiration from the signature dessert of One Harbour Road, Crispy fermented bean curd pastries. Chef Cheong has expertly crafted this by combining white lotus paste and salted egg yorks, adding a twist to the traditional mooncake flavor with a unique savoury touch that perfectly complements the rich lotus paste.
