Starting in September, indulge in an endless selection of delectable international cuisines and succulent meats from the European continent, all meticulously crafted to tantalise the taste buds of buffet aficionados!

Rhug Estate’s Heritage Breeds to Savour at Tiffin

Indulge in a culinary journey at Tiffin’s dinner buffet featuring 100% organic meats sourced from the award-winning farm, Rhug Estate, nestled in the lush greenery of North Wales in the United Kingdom. Our chefs have carefully selected premium cuts from Rhug Estate and crafted classic meat dishes using traditional recipes, including Roasted Guinea Fowl, Organic Welsh Roasted Lamb Rack for diners to experience the rich flavours of this tender lamb, roasted to perfection and infused with fresh herbs. Another must-try delicacy is our signature Organic Grass-Fed Aberdeen Angus Beef Wellington wrapped in a flaky pastry crust, a show-stopping dish is a highlight of our carving station.

This all-in-one culinary experience offers a diverse and tempting gourmet selection for every palate. Highlights including Grand Hyatt Steakhouse’s Selection of Premium Cuts, One Harbour Road’s Stir-Fried Lobsters, Kaetsu’s Make-to-order Japanese Tempura and more Italian delights such as the well-loved Tiramisu from Grissini, and of course, Mexican tacos from The Grill too!

The culinary team have curated a sizzling selection of unique Aussie meats ranging from Ostrich to Kangaroo striploin, all carefully marinated with a secret blend of herbs and spices. Enjoy the alfresco dining experience with more delicacies such as Australian Black Forest Ham and Cheeses, Australian Lamb Chops, Barramundi Fish, Crocodile Organic Kale Salad, along with seafood on ice, refreshing sides and sweet treats, creating a truly authentic Aussie barbeque experience. Elevate the Australian feast by complementing gourmet delights with our exquisite Australian wine labels including Torbreck red wine and Murdoch Hill white wine featured in our free-flow packages.
