Located on the 11th floor tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, Waterfall Bar is an all-day alfresco poolside lounge featuring specialty coffees, home crafted iced teas, refreshing cocktails, wines and snacks all day.
The evenings reveal a selection of signature cocktails crafted by our hotel mixologist, accompanied by a dynamic whiskey selection for guests to enjoy in a relaxing ambience while being surrounded by an artfully landscaped oasis.

Grand Hyatt Hong Kong is proud to collaborate with local charity Zero Foodprint Asia to help regional farmers shift to more climate friendly practices. An additional 1% of all bills at ten of the hotel’s restaurants and bars – Grissini, The Grill, Waterfall Bar, One Harbour Road, Kaetsu, Teppanroom, Grand Hyatt Steakhouse, Grand Café, Tiffin and Champagne Bar – will go to support farmers’ efforts to sequester carbon through regenerative agriculture, as we eat our way out of the climate crisis.
